Customer service team and head of car seat tech have given me a wonderful purchasing experience which I haven't received for a long time. The communication channel's response time is almost real time. They make me felt like a friend of mine was recommending out of good will in my needs and child safety. I was also brief about on the best deal within my budget. Not at anytime I felt a pressure to purchase.

Excellent service by Amy. She is so professional and so knowledgeable on all her products. Seriously, if I were to just purchase the Urban Kanga car seat online at other sites, I wouldn't know all the safety info on how to install the car seat. Highly highly recommended if you need a car seat to drop by Taxi Baby showroom. You will never regret.
